Privacy notice

This private ZEVIOTECH workspace stores business contact information supplied by its administrator, website research suggestions, campaign activity, unsubscribe preferences and matched email replies on a ZEVIOTECH-managed VPS.

Messages are sent through the VPS mail server. When reply tracking is enabled, the workspace reads new messages from the configured Hostinger inbox without marking them seen and stores only matched replies, automated replies and identified failure notices. Third-party services process data according to their own policies.

Google Places searches are sent to Google when an administrator uses Business search. Google listing content is shown live and is not saved or exported; bookmarked place IDs may be retained. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

When the administrator requests Google Sheets export, saved contact data is sent to the configured spreadsheet. Login sessions use essential cookies. Integration secrets are encrypted in the database; server access and the encryption secret remain under the administrator’s control.

To request access, correction, deletion, or to stop outreach, contact contact@zeviotech.com. Every campaign message includes an unsubscribe link. Suppression records are retained to prevent further outreach.
